Membership Types

Organizational Member
Organizations committed to LHVPN mission. A representative must actively serve on a committee.

Individual Member
Individuals committed to LHVPN mission. Must actively serve on a committee.

Associate Member
Provider, individual or organizations committed to LHVPN mission. Must provide auxiliary support to LHVPN, for example: participating in CHED (Community Health Education Day), serving on Speakers’ Bureau, making financial contribution.
