Comprehensive Prenatal-Perinatal Services Network The Lower Hudson Valley Perinatal Network is one of the New York State Comprehensive Prenatal-Perinatal Services Network Programs (CPPSN). Funded by the NYSDOH Division of Family Health, the mission of Perinatal Networks is to organize the service system at the local level to improve perinatal health. Funding for the Networks is targeted to localities based on percent of low birth weight births, infant mortality rate, percent of women entering care in the third trimester or having no prenatal care, rate of teen pregnancies and teen births.
