Do you need to access prenatal and perinatal care services? Need to find a local child care provider or other supportive services in Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland or Westchester County? Simply dial 2-1-1 on any landline telephone and reach the United Way's Hudson Valley Regional Call Center.

The 2-1-1 Hudson Valley Regional Call Center is a telephone information line that functions as a referral service for health and human service programs in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and other counties in the region.

The call center is staffed with nationally certified operators who have access to interpretation services that allow them to provide help in about 150 different languages. Operators can search a database of more than 3,000 services offered by government agencies, charities, churches and other groups, information and provide referrals on everything from where to get a flu shot to helping new residents learn about local schools to advising battered women where they can get domestic violence assistance. There is no charge for the call.
